Distributed Temperature Sensing

The Eagle DTS interrogator uses Raman backscattering to measure temperature at every point along the fiber simultaneously. Unlike point sensors, it provides a complete continuous temperature profile — detecting hot spots, cold zones, or thermal anomalies anywhere along tens of kilometers of cable or pipeline.

With ±0.1°C accuracy, 0.01°C resolution, and 1 m spatial resolution, the Eagle DTS is designed for demanding applications including power cable dynamic thermal rating, fire detection in tunnels, and pipeline temperature monitoring.
